Privacy
Your individual results are never visible to employers or team admins. This isn't a policy commitment — it's enforced at the database layer via row-level security. Even if the application code has a bug, the database won't expose individual data.
Team reporting uses k-anonymity thresholds (minimum 5 respondents per group) to prevent indirect identification. Your employer knows the team's cognitive landscape. They never know yours.
All data is stored in Sydney, Australia (ap-southeast-2) for Australian Privacy Act compliance.
